As far back as he can remember, Gilles' passion for video games began with Super Mario Bros.. What started as simple curiosity quickly evolved into something deeper with the discovery of modding on PC, through games such as Empire Earth, Populous, and Total Annihilation. But it was The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion that truly ignited the spark, revealing the vast potential of player-created content.
In 2008, driven by that inspiration, Gilles took his first steps into modding with Fallout 3. What began as an experiment quickly turned into a lasting passion. This journey continued through Fallout: New Vegas, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim — purchased on day one, November 11th, 2011 — and Fallout 4, each project refining his skills and creative vision.
Over the years, Gilles has released an extensive catalog of mods on Nexus Mods across multiple titles, steadily building experience and a deep understanding of player expectations. He also contributed to ambitious fan-made projects such as Beyond Skyrim: Morrowind and Fallout 4: New Vegas. These experiences eventually led to being contacted by Bethesda and joining the Verified Creators program.
Following the success of his first official Creation, he founded Sagittarius Modding & Creations at the end of 2024, turning a lifelong passion into a professional endeavor.
Today, Sagittarius Modding & Creations focuses on delivering immersive experiences through original systems, meaningful gameplay mechanics, and deeper roleplay opportunities. Each Creation is designed to enrich the player's journey — whether by telling compelling stories, introducing new ways to play, or offering a greater sense of challenge.
Among these projects, A Ballad of Wealth: Coinmaster stands as a defining example of this vision, combining progression systems, player agency, and long-term engagement.
Beyond modding, Gilles brings a human-centered perspective shaped by years of work as a social worker with both adults and children with disabilities. Now working as a Community Manager and IT support for a non-profit organization, he continues to blend technical knowledge with a strong understanding of people and communities.
