This mod allows players to purchase Narfi’s farmhouse in Ivarstead, either after his death or upon completing the quest The Straw that Broke. The circumstances of acquiring the property depend entirely on Narfi’s fate: if he has died, you will receive a letter informing you that the house is now available; if he survives, he relocates to Ivarstead’s inn, and a different letter explains that the Jarl has seized the property due to unpaid debts. Once purchased, the farmhouse can be fully restored and customized into a peaceful, functional retreat.

Upon launching the game with this Creation enabled, you can choose how it behaves: - Keep it disabled - Enable it only when Survival Mode is active - Always enable it, regardless of Survival Mode You can also adjust these settings at any time by reading “Of Crimes and Punishment”, a book added to your inventory. It can be safely dropped or stored without cluttering your carry weight. With immersive messages and meaningful consequences, this mod transforms jail time into a challenging, atmospheric, and occasionally enlightening experience.
