This Creation allows you to claim Anise’s cabin after her passing. Once she is gone, you will receive a letter informing you that a small property has become available. Speak with the steward of Falkreath to purchase the location. From there, you can customize the cabin and turn it into a simple but functional home, complete with a humble garden where you can grow ingredients for potions or food, depending on your needs.
