Rivershadow Retreat - Claim Narfi’s house

This mod allows players to purchase Narfi’s farmhouse in Ivarstead, either after his death or upon completing the quest The Straw that Broke. The circumstances of acquiring the property depend entirely on Narfi’s fate: if he has died, you will receive a letter informing you that the house is now available; if he survives, he relocates to Ivarstead’s inn, and a different letter explains that the Jarl has seized the property due to unpaid debts. Once purchased, the farmhouse can be fully restored and customized into a peaceful, functional retreat.
